Co-commissioned for her by the Buffalo Philharmonic (as well as the Grant Park Festival, Erie Philharmonic, Aspen Music Festival, and Boston Modern Orchestra Project), Marina brings Christopher Theofanidis' engaging flute concerto The Universe in Ecstatic Motion to Buffalo Friday April 5 and Saturday April 6 for the orchestra's 'Beyond The Planets' eclipse weekend celebration.
